Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Noxtica's services, including our demo, API, admin dashboard, and client SDK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

Noxtica is a browser fingerprinting and bot detection platform that provides:

  • A JavaScript collector SDK for gathering browser signals
  • A hosted API for processing and storing fingerprints
  • An admin dashboard (Backoffice) for analytics and management
  • Risk scoring and bot detection algorithms

Account and Access

Access to Noxtica's services requires an account. When you request access:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You may not share account access with unauthorized parties

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Noxtica to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the privacy rights of others beyond legitimate security purposes
  • Conduct surveillance without appropriate legal basis
  • Discriminate against users based on fingerprint data
  • Attempt to de-anonymize or identify individuals without consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated systems to abuse or overload our services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform

Legitimate Use Cases

Noxtica is designed for legitimate security purposes including:

  • Bot and fraud detection
  • Account security and anti-takeover protection
  • Preventing automated abuse of web applications
  • Detecting suspicious or anomalous traffic patterns

Client SDK Usage

When using the Noxtica client SDK on your websites:

  • You must use it only on domains registered with your Noxtica account
  • You are responsible for providing appropriate notices to your end users about fingerprinting
  • You must comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) regarding consent
  • You may not modify or redistribute the SDK without authorization

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

  • Perform maintenance with reasonable notice when possible
  • Rate limit or throttle excessive usage
  • Suspend access for violations of these Terms
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

Intellectual Property

Noxtica and its components, including the API, dashboard, algorithms, and documentation, are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the platform
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks without authorization

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of results
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Security or protection against all threats

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOXTICA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noxtica and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
